Hello there.
My name is Anne Wilson Blacklock, welcome to my website and welcome to my space.

The Sanctuary is a safe, luxurious and relaxing environment in Cumbria where philosophy, fact and holistic therapies come together, giving you the space to grow and connect with yourself. From NLP/CBT, life coaching, Reiki. Reflexology, journeying/meditations, yoga and many facets of energy therapies, all designed and intended to help harmonise the flow of energy through the mind and body, in turn restoring balance on all levels. Every session is different and bespoke to YOU! Think of The Sanctuary as modern day counselling with ancient wisdom and, of course, common sense.

In my journey to understand my own behaviours, I stumbled across energy therapy or in simpler terms – the connection to one’s self.

Energy therapy/Reiki treatments are non-invasive and focus on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances we have in our bodies. Counselling is not always verbal and one size most certainly doesn’t fit all.

Look around

Just by the coast in Cumbria, relax and unwind in this tranquil space, created for you to feel utterly relaxed and centred.

Consultations take place on the plush comfy sofas as you sip warm, herbal tea. Together and mindfully, we shall set about getting some peace, order and direction within your mind. The next stage of a one to one session is to move onto the other side of The Sanctuary for your deep, relaxing energy treatment, under the ambient, starlit ceiling. Arriving in your safe space and honouring your mind and body with this time, letting go of what no longer serves you and in turn creating space for new chapters in your life. The Sanctuary really is split into two very different realms.

The Sanctuary is available globally at the click of a button

The Sanctuary is based in Cumbria, but if you can not get here in person, we can arrange a zoom session no matter where you are in the world. The remote sessions can be from an hour to two hour sessions.
